Refund Policy

However, a refund request may be considered under the following conditions:
The service was not delivered and no third-party costs have been incurred.
You submit the request within 48 hours of purchase, and the service has not yet entered the planning or reservation stage.
A significant error or failure on our side prevented the execution of the service as agreed.
All refund requests must be submitted via a support ticket and are subject to case-by-case review. If approved, a partial refund will be issued after deduction of any administrative or third-party fees.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Our services are highly personalized and time-sensitive. As such, returns and exchanges are not accepted once services have been confirmed or initiated.
Cancellations may be accepted under the following conditions:
The request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service.
No third-party bookings (e.g., hotel, driver, restaurant) have been finalized.
The cancellation is made through a support ticket, and the reason is clearly stated.
If any third-party reservations have been made on your behalf, cancellation fees may apply as per the provider’s terms and conditions.
After the service has started or been confirmed with external partners, the order is considered final and non-cancellable.
