These minutes are pooled and can be used collectively by authorized users within the organization.
Minute consumption is calculated in real time based on the actual duration of calls to the included fixed and mobile destinations.
Call capacity & scalability:
Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or setup fees.

If a customer fails to provide the required documents for a number that has already been delivered, the number will be blocked, and no refund will be issued. We will not make exceptions to this rule.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
The customer may cancel their order at any time before receiving the email containing the activation information for the service. Once the validation email is received from Hikallip VoIP, the customer can no longer cancel their order.
As these are virtual services, accessible immediately upon delivery, they cannot be canceled once delivered due to obvious reasons.
