Shipping Policy
At Kosttrella, we offer digital VoIP services, not physical goods. As such, no physical shipping is required.
Service Activation Details:
Services such as virtual numbers, SIP trunks, and cloud PBX are provisioned digitally upon successful registration and payment.
Account details, configuration credentials, and access links are sent via email or client dashboard within 24 hours of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
Some services may require identity verification or documentation as part of compliance and provisioning.
If you experience any delays or issues with service activation, please contact our support team immediately.
Refund Policy
Because Kosttrella delivers intangible, digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been provisioned, activated, or used.
However, a refund may be considered in the following exceptional cases:
A service was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side.
The service delivered was materially different from what was advertised.
The customer did not use or activate the service and requests a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team with full details. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Since our services are digital and provisioned on demand, we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients may cancel a recurring subscription or monthly plan at any time via their client dashboard or by contacting support.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused service days.
For prepaid services (e.g., DID numbers or SIP plans), cancellation is not reversible once the provisioning process has started.
Exchange/Modification Policy:
