Required Documents (Mandatory):

To activate the service, the following documents are required:
A copy of your company’s trade registry or equivalent incorporation document.
Recent proof of address (less than 3 months old) in the name of the company or representative.
Copies of two valid photo IDs (passport, national ID, driver’s license).
Signed power of attorney (template provided by us).

Without these documents, the service cannot be activated. No exceptions will be made.

NB: This service is exclusively available to companies legally registered in Laos.

Activation & Cancellation Policy:

Activation Time: 1 – 5 business days for the virtual office setup.
For optional services (phone number, utility bill), please allow 5 to 10 business days.
Service Duration: Minimum 12 months, with automatic monthly renewal.
Cancellation: Notify us via email 30 days before your next billing date. Your account must be in good standing (no unpaid invoices).

After cancellation:

All stored documents will be securely destroyed within 30 days.
Phone numbers will be deactivated.
Any future mail will be returned to the sender marked “Unknown recipient”.
Calls to the deactivated number will hear a “number no longer in service” message.

Prohibited Use

We strictly prohibit any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
Fraudulent schemes or scams
Unlicensed banking or financial services
Tax evasion or financial fraud
Drug trafficking or illegal distribution
Any actions that violate local or international laws

Violations will result in immediate termination of the service without refund, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
