All services, including call packages, virtual PBX systems, and DID numbers, are delivered electronically through email or directly via your account on our platform. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive instant access to your services or detailed instructions on how to set them up. We prioritize quick and secure delivery of all digital products to ensure your business communication needs are met without delay.
Refund Policy
At DidProNet, we strive to provide high-quality VoIP services that meet the needs of our clients. If you are unsatisfied with the service you purchased, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for certain services. This applies only to the initial purchase of VoIP services such as call packages, virtual PBX systems, and DID numbers. Refund requests will be processed within 7 days of submission, provided that the service has not been used or activated.
Please note that the following are non-refundable:
Subscription renewals or automatic renewals of VoIP services.
Services that have been activated or used beyond initial setup.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Since DidProNet primarily offers digital services that are accessed and used immediately, cancellations and exchanges are subject to specific terms
Cancellations:
You may cancel your VoIP service subscription at any time. However, as the service is immediately provided upon purchase and usage begins instantly, cancellations will only apply to future billing cycles. No refund will be issued for services already used or activated.
Returns/Exchanges:
Digital products, such as VoIP call plans, PBX services, and DID numbers, cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been activated. Please carefully review the service details before making your purchase. If you encounter any technical issues, our support team will assist in troubleshooting or resolving the problem, but exchanges are not available.
