Required Documents (Mandatory):

To activate the service, the following documents are required without exception:
Company registration document or equivalent certificate of incorporation.
Recent proof of address (dated within the last 3 months) for the director or company.
Two valid photo IDs (passport, national ID, or driver’s license).
Signed power of attorney (we will provide the template for your signature).

All documents must be submitted before activation. No exceptions allowed.

NB: This service is reserved for legally registered companies intending to operate legitimately in Malawi.

Activation & Cancellation Policy:

Activation time: 1 to 5 business days for the virtual office.
For optional services (phone line, utility bill): allow 5 to 10 business days.
Minimum term: 12 months, renewed automatically each month.
Cancellation: Send a written notice by email at least 30 days before the next renewal. Your account must have no outstanding balance.

After cancellation:

All physical documents and mail will be securely destroyed within 30 days.
Associated phone numbers will be permanently disconnected.
Any mail received afterward will be returned as “Unknown recipient”.
Phone calls will receive a “number is no longer in service” message.

Prohibited Use

This service may not be used for any illegal activity, including:
Fraudulent or deceptive schemes
Unlicensed financial or trade activities
Drug-related services or trafficking
Money laundering or tax evasion
Violations of Malawian or international law

Any breach will result in immediate termination without refund and possible reporting to authorities.
