Required Documents (Mandatory):

To activate the service, the following documents are strictly required:
A copy of your company’s trade registry or equivalent incorporation document.
Recent proof of address (less than 3 months old) for your company or legal representative.
Copies of two photo IDs (passport, ID card, driver’s license).
Signed power of attorney (provided by us).

Without these documents, the service cannot be activated. No exceptions will be made.

NB: This service is only available to companies that are legally registered in Mali.

Activation & Cancellation Policy:

Activation Time: 1 – 5 business days for the virtual office.
For optional services (phone number, utility bill), please allow 5 to 10 business days.
Duration: 12 months minimum, with automatic renewal each month.
Cancellation: Simply notify us via email 30 days prior to your next billing date. Your account must be in good standing (no unpaid invoices).

After cancellation:

All stored documents will be securely destroyed within 30 days.
Phone numbers will be deactivated.
Future mail will be returned to the sender marked as “Unknown recipient.”
Calls to your number will hear a “number no longer in service” message.

Prohibited Use

We strictly prohibit any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
Fraudulent schemes
Commercial or financial fraud
Unlicensed financial services
Drug trafficking or distribution
Any activity that violates local or international laws

Violations will result in immediate termination of the service without refund and may be reported to the authorities.
