The client declares to have read and fully understood the operation of this service at the time of contracting.

Validity

The service lasts for 30 days and is automatically renewed every month. If you contract on day 01, your next billing would be on day 01 of the following month. To unsubscribe, simply send us an email and request to terminate the service. Please note that your request must be made before the invoice date, and you must not have unpaid invoices.

Since these are virtual services and for obvious reasons, refunds are not allowed. In no case will the money you paid for this service be refunded. Hivoox will make no exceptions to this rule.
