At Vistoria, we offer digital services only, which means no physical shipping is required. All our deliverables — including legal business documents, financial strategies, and marketing materials — are securely delivered via email or through a client access portal.
Estimated delivery timelines vary by service type:
Business formation services: 3 to 7 business days
Consulting sessions: confirmed within 1 to 3 business days
Marketing strategies and assets: timeline based on scope and agreement

Refund Policy
Due to the customized and service-based nature of our offerings, refunds are limited and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
The service has not yet been initiated (no documentation processed or meetings held)
Vistoria is unable to deliver the agreed service and no acceptable alternative is offered
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the original purchase date. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Note: Once the service has started or a consultation has been delivered, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Vistoria provides intangible, digital, and customized services, and as such, returns and exchanges do not apply.
However, cancellations are permitted only if the service has not yet commenced. If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to additional fees or forfeited entirely.
