A detailed campaign schedule will be provided upon confirmation of the order, along with reporting or proof-of-distribution once the service is completed.
If your service includes physical printing and you have requested delivery of printed materials before distribution, please note:
Delivery is typically carried out within 3–5 business days after approval of final artwork.

Refund Policy

Re-execute the campaign at no extra cost, depending on the circumstances.
