Kapoor SIM ships physical SIM cards worldwide using trusted courier and postal services. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country:
– UK deliveries: 2–4 business days
– Europe: 3–7 business days
– Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Tracking information will be provided for most shipments. Please ensure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays or failed deliveries. For digital products such as mobile top-ups, delivery is instant or within minutes via email or SMS confirmation.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available for physical SIM card purchases that have not been activated, used, or damaged. You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The SIM card must be returned in its original packaging, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For mobile top-ups and digital products, refunds are not available once the recharge has been processed, as these services are delivered instantly and cannot be reversed.
Approved refunds for eligible products will be issued within 7 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm its unused condition.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders for physical SIM cards can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still return the product if eligible.
Digital top-ups, once confirmed and processed, cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged due to the instant nature of the service.
