How the minutes pack works:

At the time of subscription, the customer defines the total volume of mobile minutes included in the pack.
These minutes are shared across all authorized users within the company.
Consumption is calculated dynamically according to the actual duration of calls made to the included destinations.

Call capacity & scalability:

The service allows up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon simple request to the seller, without technical complexity or service interruption.
