Shipping Policy
At Alloddi, our products and services are digital in nature, which means there is no physical shipping involved.
Once your purchase is confirmed, activation details for your DID number or international calling plan will be delivered electronically via email.
Delivery Time:
DID numbers: Activated within 1–24 hours after payment confirmation.
Call packages: Available immediately after activation.
You will receive a confirmation email with all necessary credentials and instructions to start using your service right away.
Refund Policy
We strive to ensure full satisfaction with our services. However, since our products are digital and activated upon purchase, refunds are generally not available once a service has been delivered or activated.
Refunds may only be issued in the following exceptional cases:
A technical issue originating from Alloddi prevents service activation.
Duplicate payments or accidental transactions.
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase, providing full transaction details. Each request will be reviewed individually.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Because our VoIP services and DID numbers are digital and instantly provisioned, returns and exchanges are not applicable.
However, customers may request cancellation of a service before activation. Once a DID number or call plan has been activated, the service is considered delivered and cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
If you wish to modify your subscription or upgrade to another plan, our support team will assist you in transitioning smoothly without service interruption.
