All outbound calls are delivered via SIP services available on the Hivoox platform.

How the minutes pack works:

When subscribing to the pack, the customer selects the total number of mobile minutes included.
These minutes are centralized into a shared pool accessible to authorized users within the organization.
Usage is deducted automatically according to the real duration of each outbound call to the included destinations.

Call capacity & scalability:

Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or technical complexity.

All outstanding invoices must be settled prior to cancellation.

Personal or residential usage is not permitted.
