Physical access to the rented office space will be granted on the agreed start date, following the completion of the administrative and payment procedures.
Site visits, key handovers, and onboarding are coordinated directly with our real estate team.
For assistance with any part of the onboarding process, our support team remains at your disposal.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, payments made toward office rentals — including deposits, reservation fees, and rent — are non-refundable once a rental agreement has been signed and confirmed.
Exceptions may apply in the following cases:
The office space is no longer available due to unforeseen circumstances from our side.
The property delivered differs significantly from what was promised in the lease agreement.
