Required Documents (Mandatory):

To activate the service, the following documents are strictly required:

Without these documents, the service cannot be activated. No exceptions will be made.

NB: This service is exclusively available to companies that are legally registered in Palau.

Activation & Cancellation Policy:

Activation Time: 1 – 5 business days for the virtual office.
For optional services (phone number, utility bill), please allow 5 to 10 business days. Remember, our Palau Virtual Office services come with a duration of 12 months minimum, with automatic monthly renewal.
Cancellation: Simply notify us via email 30 days before your next billing date. Your account must be in good standing (no unpaid invoices).

After cancellation:

All stored documents will be securely destroyed within 30 days.
Phone numbers will be deactivated.
Future mail will be returned to the sender marked as “Unknown recipient”.
Calls to your number will hear a “number no longer in service” message.

Prohibited Use

We strictly prohibit any illegal activity, including but not limited to:
Scams or fraudulent schemes
Financial or commercial fraud
Unlicensed banking or financial services
Drug trafficking or sales
Any activity violating local or international laws

Violations will result in immediate termination of the service without refund and may be reported to the authorities.
