Required Documents (Mandatory):

To activate the service, you must provide the following documents:
A copy of your company’s business registration certificate or equivalent.
Recent utility bill (not older than 3 months) showing your or your company’s name.
Copies of two valid photo IDs (passport, national ID, or driver’s license).
A signed power of attorney form (we will provide the template).

These documents are mandatory. Without them, we cannot activate the service under any circumstances.

NB: This service is exclusively available to businesses legally registered in Paraguay.

Activation & Cancellation Policy:

Activation Time: 1 to 5 business days for the main Virtual Office service.
For optional services (telephone, utility), please allow 5 to 10 business days.
Contract Term: Minimum 12 months, renewed monthly by default.
Cancellation: Notify us via email 30 days before the next renewal date. Your account must be current and free of unpaid invoices.

After cancellation:

All documents will be securely destroyed after 30 days.
Telephone lines will be disconnected.
Incoming mail will be returned to sender marked “Unknown recipient”.
Calls will play a “number not in service” message.

Prohibited Use

Strictly forbidden uses include, but are not limited to:
Fraudulent or misleading activities
Unauthorized financial or banking operations
Illegal commerce or drug-related dealings
Violation of local or international regulations

Engaging in such activities will result in immediate service termination without refund and may be reported to legal authorities.
