Refund Policy
At VoipNova, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with our VoIP services, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial purchase.
Only services that have not been fully provisioned or activated are eligible.
Monthly recurring services are non-refundable once billed.
Prepaid call credits are refundable only if unused.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
