Required Documents (Mandatory):

To activate the service, please provide the following:
Certificate of incorporation or equivalent business registration document.
Recent proof of address (less than 3 months) in your name or the company’s.
Two valid photo identifications (passport, national ID, or driving license).
Signed power of attorney (template will be supplied).

All documents are required to proceed. No activation without full compliance.

Activation & Cancellation Policy:

Optional services (telephone, utility bill): Allow 5 to 10 business days.
Contract Duration: 12-month minimum, with automatic monthly renewal.
Cancellation: Email us at least 30 days prior to the next billing date. All invoices must be paid.

After cancellation:

Stored mail and documents will be destroyed within 30 days.
Phone services will be disconnected.
New mail will be returned with the note “Unknown recipient”.
Phone calls will trigger a “number not in service” announcement.

Prohibited Use

Strict prohibition applies to:

Money laundering or tax evasion
Illicit drug trade or controlled substances
Any business violating Portuguese or EU law

Engaging in these activities will result in immediate termination with no refund and may lead to legal action or notification of authorities.
