Shipping Policy
At JP Telecom, we provide digital VoIP services, including call packages, virtual PBX systems, and DID numbers. As our products are fully digital, no physical shipping is required.
After successful payment and verification, account details and service activation instructions are sent electronically via email.
Service activation typically occurs within 24 to 48 business hours unless otherwise specified during the purchase process.
For any questions regarding service activation, our customer support team remains available to assist you.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services (digital telecommunications services), all purchases are considered final once service activation has begun.
However, JP Telecom offers a fair approach to customer satisfaction:
A full refund may be granted if the service has not yet been activated or if we are unable to provide the purchased service due to internal issues.
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the order confirmation and before the activation of the service.
After the service has been activated (i.e., once account setup or phone number assignment has occurred), no refunds will be possible.
Each refund request will be individually reviewed to ensure transparency and fairness.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation:
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided that the service has not yet been activated. If activation has already started (e.g., number provisioning or PBX setup), cancellation is no longer possible.
Return:
As VoIP services and DID numbers are digital and personalized to each customer, returns are not applicable after activation.
Exchange:
If you need to modify your order (for example, change a call package or adjust DID number selections) before activation, we may accommodate changes based on availability. Exchange requests must be made promptly, ideally within 24 hours of purchase.
JP Telecom reserves the right to reject cancellation, return, or exchange requests if the service has already been activated or used.
