Required Documents (Mandatory):

To activate the service, we require the following documents:
Copy of your company’s incorporation or trade registration certificate.
Recent proof of address (dated within the last 3 months) of the company or its owner.
Two valid photo IDs (e.g., passport, national ID, driver’s license).
Signed power of attorney (template provided by us).

Without these documents, activation is not possible. No exceptions.

NB: This service is exclusively available to companies that are legally registered in Rwanda.

Activation & Cancellation Policy:

Activation Time: 1 – 5 business days for the virtual office.
For optional services (phone number, utility bill), please allow 5 to 10 business days.
Contract Duration: 12 months minimum, with automatic monthly renewal.
Cancellation: Notify us via email 30 days before your next billing date. Account must be in good standing (no unpaid invoices).

After cancellation:

All documents and mail will be securely destroyed within 30 days.
Phone services will be deactivated.
Any future mail will be returned to the sender marked “Unknown recipient”.
Calls will be met with a “number no longer in service” message.

Prohibited Use

Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
Fraudulent or deceptive activities
Illegal financial or commercial services
Unlicensed banking or financial activities
Illegal substance trade or trafficking
Any activity in violation of local or international laws

Violations will result in immediate termination of service, with no refund, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
