Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and time-based nature of our services, Assismo Kall does not offer general refunds once service delivery has begun. However, in cases where a technical failure or service interruption has occurred due to our fault and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame, clients may be eligible for partial credit or a service extension.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within five business days of the issue arising, along with a detailed explanation. Each case will be reviewed individually. Refunds will not be granted for unused time, client-side errors, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction arising from unmet expectations not previously outlined in the service contract.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Assismo Kall does not offer returns or exchanges, as our services are intangible and delivered on a contractual basis. Clients may cancel their subscription or service engagement within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the service has not yet started. Once service execution begins—including onboarding or call campaign setup—cancellation is no longer possible, and the full amount is due.
For ongoing service contracts, cancellations must be submitted with a written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal. Service packages cannot be exchanged or transferred once activated.
