This pack enables businesses to choose a predefined volume of outbound fixed minutes and share them across users, teams, or departments, allowing centralized control and efficient allocation of calling resources.

The service is intended for organizations looking for a practical and transparent way to manage outbound fixed-line communications while maintaining clear visibility on usage and predictable cost management.
All outbound calls are routed through SIP services available on the Hivoox platform.

How the fixed minutes pack works:

At subscription, the customer selects the total number of fixed-line minutes included in the pack.
These minutes are grouped into a shared pool accessible to authorized users within the organization.
Minute usage is calculated in real time based on the actual duration of calls to the included destinations.

Call capacity & scalability:

Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or additional setup fees.
