VoipNova provides digital VoIP services, and therefore no physical shipping is required. All services, including account activation, number provisioning, and feature configuration, are delivered electronically via email or through our secure client dashboard.
Upon purchase, clients will receive a confirmation email followed by access credentials and setup instructions within 1 to 24 hours, depending on the complexity of the service.
Refund Policy
At VoipNova, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with our VoIP services, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial purchase.
Only services that have not been fully provisioned or activated are eligible.
Monthly recurring services are non-refundable once billed.
Prepaid call credits are refundable only if unused.
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and reason for the request. All eligible refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Since VoipNova delivers intangible digital services, traditional returns or exchanges are not applicable. However, we offer flexible cancellation terms:

Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will not be charged.
No exchanges are permitted between different service types, but upgrades and plan modifications are available upon request.
