Shipping Policy
As a digital service provider, VivoConnect does not ship any physical products. All services, including VoIP numbers, dashboard access, and configurations, are delivered electronically.
Upon purchase, clients receive access credentials, setup guides, and onboarding support via email within 24–48 hours. If hardware (e.g. IP phones) is required and purchased as an add-on, shipping will be handled separately with estimated delivery times based on destination.
For digital activations, delivery is considered complete once access is granted and services are operational.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital and subscription-based nature of our services, refunds are generally not issued after service activation. However, if you experience technical issues or are unsatisfied during the first 3 days after account setup, you may contact our support team to discuss possible compensation or a partial refund.
Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to client satisfaction and will always work toward a fair resolution.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your VoIP service subscription at any time. Cancellations requested before service activation (within 24 hours of order) are fully refundable. For monthly or annual subscriptions, cancellation will stop future billing, but the current billing cycle will not be refunded unless otherwise specified.
Return/Exchange Policy:
As our services are digital and license-based, returns and exchanges do not apply. If physical devices are involved, they may be returnable within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply.
If you need changes to your virtual number(s), plan features, or configuration, our team can assist with plan adjustments or feature upgrades without interruption to your service.
