The service is aimed at businesses seeking a reliable and straightforward way to manage outbound mobile communications while keeping usage transparent and costs predictable.
All outbound calls are carried through SIP services available on the Hivoox platform.

How the minutes pack works:

At subscription, the customer selects the total number of mobile minutes included in the pack.
These minutes are consolidated into a shared pool accessible to authorized users within the organization.
Usage is deducted automatically based on the real duration of calls to the included destinations.

Call capacity & scalability:

Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or technical changes.

Cancellation & expiration:

The service may be cancelled following a request submitted to the seller.
Any remaining minutes are subject to the seller’s applicable commercial policy.
All outstanding invoices must be settled prior to cancellation.
