How the fixed minutes pack works:
When subscribing, the customer selects the total number of fixed-line minutes included in the pack.
These minutes are pooled into a shared balance accessible to authorized users within the organization.
Minute consumption is calculated in real time based on the actual duration of calls to the included destinations.
Call capacity & scalability:
Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or additional setup fees.

Shipping Policy
Tonycal provides 100% digital services. Once your order is placed and account information is verified, our team activates your services and delivers credentials, setup instructions, and platform access via email or through our secure online portal.
Depending on the complexity of your setup (e.g., SIP trunking, number porting), the provisioning process typically takes between 1 to 3 business days. You will receive real-time updates during setup.
No physical products are shipped.
Refund Policy
As our services are custom-configured and digital in nature, we do not offer refunds once the provisioning process has begun or services have been activated.
If, however, there is a critical service failure caused by our infrastructure that prevents your service from functioning as described, a partial or full refund may be considered following technical review — provided the issue is reported within 7 days of service activation.
Our goal is to ensure satisfaction and reliability at all times.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours, as long as no service has been activated or configured. After that, your order is considered in progress and cannot be canceled due to the customization involved.
