Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon simple request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or additional setup.

Refund Policy

A full refund may be issued if the service has not been activated or delivered.
Once DID numbers or call credits are activated, refunds are not applicable.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Since Didlopez provides digital communication services, physical returns are not applicable. However:

Exchange: Customers may request to change their DID number or call plan before use, subject to availability.
Non-Exchangeable: Once services are activated, exchanges and cancellations are not permitted.
