All outbound traffic is routed via SIP services accessible on the Hivoox platform.
How the minutes pack works:
At the time of subscription, the customer selects the total number of mobile minutes included in the pack.
The minutes are grouped into a shared pool available to authorized users within the organization.
Minute consumption is calculated automatically based on the effective duration of each call to the included destinations.
Call capacity & scalability:
The pack supports up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls by default.
Additional outbound channels can be activated free of charge upon request submitted to the seller, without operational disruption or additional configuration.

Shipping Policy
Nob Telecom provides fully digital services. Once your order is confirmed and your account setup is complete, we provision your VoIP service, virtual numbers, and any associated features via our secure digital platform.
Setup times range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the service type and configuration complexity. All login credentials, setup guides, and activation details are delivered via email or through our client dashboard.
No physical shipping is required.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not issued once the service has been activated or provisioning has started.
However, if there is a technical failure on our end that prevents proper delivery or usage of the service, clients may request a case review within 7 days of activation. If the issue cannot be resolved and is due to our system, a partial or full refund may be considered.
We are committed to transparency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the service has not been provisioned or activated. After this period, the service is considered active and non-cancellable.
Because our VoIP services are tailored and digital in nature, returns and exchanges are not applicable. However, if you experience service issues, we will work closely with you to resolve them as quickly as possible.
