Shipping Policy
At Dunflivoip, all our products and services are delivered digitally. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive access credentials and setup instructions by email. Delivery of digital VoIP services such as DID numbers or call plans is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours.
In some cases, delivery may take longer if additional verification or network configuration is required. Customers will be notified of any delays immediately. There are no physical shipments for any of our products.
Refund Policy
We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every Dunflivoip service. However, if you encounter a technical issue or service limitation, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are applicable only if:
The service has not been activated or used.
There is a verified technical fault that we are unable to resolve.
All refund requests must be sent through our official support channel with a clear explanation and proof of purchase. Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Because Dunflivoip provides digital telecommunication services, there are no physical returns or exchanges. However, customers may request cancellation or modification of their plan under the following conditions:
Before activation: You may cancel the service and request a full refund.
After activation: Cancellation is possible, but charges may apply for usage or setup costs.
