At subscription, the customer selects the total number of fixed-line minutes included in the pack.
These minutes are consolidated into a shared pool accessible to authorized users within the organization.
Minute consumption is calculated in real time based on the actual duration of calls to the included destinations.
Call capacity & scalability:
Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or setup fees.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. Express options are available at checkout.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Free shipping may apply to eligible orders.

Refund Policy
