Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or additional setup fees.

Shipping Policy
At Monzal VoIP, we offer fast and secure delivery of VoIP hardware throughout the European Union and internationally. Once your order is confirmed and payment is validated, your products will be prepared and shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery details:
Standard delivery within the EU: 3 to 7 business days
International delivery (non-EU): 5 to 10 business days, depending on destination
Digital services or configurations (e.g., cloud PBX setup) are delivered electronically via secure channels
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items ordered.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please inspect the package upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours in case of visible damage or missing items.
Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your physical product, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
Refund conditions:

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your hardware order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped. For digital services, cancellation is possible before work begins. After these points, cancellation may not be possible or may involve a partial charge.
Returns:
Hardware can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU law, as long as it is in new, unused condition.
Returns are not accepted for opened software licenses, downloadable content, or services already executed.
Exchanges:
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no cost to you. You must notify us within 5 business days of receipt and provide proof (photos or description) of the issue.
All returns and exchanges must be approved by our support team before shipment.
