How the mixed minutes pack works:

When subscribing, the customer selects the total number of mixed minutes included in the pack.
These minutes are grouped into a shared pool accessible to authorized users within the organization.
Minute usage is calculated in real time based on the effective duration of calls to the included fixed and mobile destinations.

Call capacity & scalability:

Up to 10 simultaneous outbound calls are supported by default.
Additional outbound channels can be enabled free of charge upon request addressed to the seller, without service interruption or setup fees.
