Shipping Policy
SmartSupport provides digital communication services only. We do not ship or deliver physical goods.
All service credentials, virtual number activations, and platform access details are delivered electronically to your registered email address or via your client dashboard. Most VoIP services are provisioned within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation, depending on the package and country selected.
For enterprise accounts or custom setups, our onboarding team will schedule a call to guide you through the configuration and activation process.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital telecommunication services, SmartSupport does not offer refunds once services are activated or delivered.
However, if:
Your service was not provisioned as promised
You experience persistent technical issues caused by our infrastructure
A billing error has occurred
You may contact our support team within 7 days of service activation. After investigation, we may issue a partial refund or credit depending on the situation.
Refunds are not available for:
Change of mind
Incompatibility with your internal systems
Unused services
We are committed to resolving all valid concerns professionally and efficiently.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations are accepted before service activation. Once a VoIP number, PBX line, or SIP trunk has been provisioned, the service is considered fulfilled for the current billing cycle and cannot be canceled until the next renewal period.
As VoIP services are non-tangible and non-returnable, returns and exchanges do not apply.
However, we offer flexible contract terms and account upgrades. You can:
Cancel future renewals via your dashboard
Request a different country or number type
Modify your package or scale up/down anytime
Our customer service team is always available to assist with adjustments or support if your business needs change.
