At Dlami Marketing, we provide digital services including SEO packs and online campaign management. As our products are entirely digital, no physical shipping is required.
Upon successful payment, clients will receive a confirmation notification outlining the next steps for service delivery. All services are initiated based on the agreed timeline, typically within 48 hours after order confirmation unless otherwise specified.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services (digital goods and customized campaigns), all sales are final once the work has commenced.
Refunds may only be issued if the service has not yet started or if Dlami Marketing is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service for any reason.
To request a refund, customers must contact us within 24 hours after placing their order. Each request will be individually reviewed to ensure fair treatment.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation:
Customers may request the cancellation of their order within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the service delivery has not yet started.
Return:
As our services are intangible and customized to each client’s needs, returns are not applicable once service delivery has begun.
Exchange:
Customers wishing to modify their service (for example, changing from one SEO pack to another) may request an exchange before the commencement of the service. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Dlami Marketing reserves the right to decline cancellation or exchange requests if the service has already been partially or fully executed.
