Required Documents (Mandatory):

To activate the service, the following documents are required:

Without these documents, the service cannot be activated. No exceptions will be made.

NB: This service is available only to companies that are legally registered in Grenada.

Activation & Cancellation Policy:

Activation Time: 1 – 5 business days for the virtual office.
For additional services (phone number, utility bill), please allow 5 to 10 business days.
Duration: Minimum 12 months, with automatic monthly renewal.
Cancellation: Notify us by email at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. Your account must be in good standing (no unpaid invoices).

After cancellation:

All stored documents will be securely destroyed within 30 days.
Phone lines will be deactivated.
Future mail will be returned to the sender marked “Unknown recipient”.
Calls will hear a “number no longer in service” message.

Prohibited Use

Strictly prohibited activities include:
Scams or fraudulent schemes
Financial or commercial fraud
Unlicensed banking or financial services
Drug trafficking or sales
Any illegal activity under Grenadian or international law

Violations will result in immediate termination of service without refund and may be reported to the authorities.
