Activation & Cancellation Policy:

Duration: 12-month minimum, auto-renewed monthly.
Cancellation: Written notice via email 30 days before your renewal date. All payments must be up to date.

After cancellation:

All documents stored will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Phone lines will be deactivated.
Incoming mail will be marked as “Unknown recipient” and returned.
Calls will trigger a “number no longer in service” audio message.
