Required Documents (Mandatory):

Activation & Cancellation Policy:

Optional features (phone number, utility bill): 5 to 10 business days.
Commitment: 12-month minimum term, with monthly auto-renewal.
Cancellation: Email us 30 days before your renewal date. Your account must be up to date with no unpaid invoices.

After cancellation:

Stored documents will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Phone services will be shut off.
Mail will be returned with the note “Unknown recipient”.
Calls will play a “number not in service” message.
