Required Documents (Mandatory):

To activate the service, you must submit the following documents:
A copy of your company’s trade registry or equivalent incorporation document.
Recent proof of address (no older than 3 months) in your name or your company’s name.
Two photo IDs (passport, national ID, driver’s license).
A signed power of attorney (we provide the document).

Without these documents, the service cannot be activated. No exceptions will be made.

NB: This service is available exclusively to companies that are legally registered in the Czech Republic.

Activation & Cancellation Policy:

Activation Time: 1 – 5 business days for the virtual office.
For optional services (phone number, utility bill), please allow 5 to 10 business days.
Duration: Minimum 12 months, with automatic monthly renewal.
Cancellation: Notify us via email at least 30 days before your next billing date. Your account must be in good standing (no unpaid invoices).

After cancellation:

Stored documents will be securely deleted within 30 days.
Phone numbers will be deactivated.
Mail will be returned to the sender marked as “Unknown recipient.”
Calls to your number will be met with a “number no longer in service” message.

Prohibited Use

We strictly prohibit any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
Fraudulent schemes or financial scams
Unlicensed banking or financial services
Illegal drug trade or sales
Activities violating Czech or international law

Violations will result in immediate termination of the service without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
