Hivoox is a professional-only marketplace. Supplier Selling Plans are exclusively available to businesses, entrepreneurs, independent professionals, and other legitimate professional organizations that can demonstrate their professional or business status.

What Can You Sell?

Only products and services intended for professional use are accepted on Hivoox.

Eligible offers may include business services, professional services, software, technology solutions, equipment, business supplies, consulting, workforce services, corporate solutions, and other products or services primarily intended for businesses, entrepreneurs, or professionals.

Consumer-focused products and services that have no clear professional or business purpose are not accepted.

Fair Marketplace Policy

Hivoox does not sell preferential rankings for suppliers or products.

Your subscription plan does not determine how trustworthy, popular, or successful your business appears on the marketplace. Supplier reputation develops through genuine customer activity, completed transactions, ratings, and reviews.

Supplier verification is available separately and does not affect marketplace rankings.

Supplier Eligibility

Before accepting or maintaining a supplier account, Hivoox may request information or documentation confirming your professional or business status.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they operate as a legitimate business, entrepreneur, independent professional, or professional organization.

Submitting payment for a Supplier Selling Plan does not automatically guarantee acceptance as a supplier.

Product Approval

All products and services submitted to Hivoox are subject to review and approval before publication.

Hivoox reserves the right to reject or remove offers that:

• are primarily intended for personal or consumer use;
• do not have a clear professional or business purpose;
• contain misleading, inaccurate, prohibited, illegal, or inappropriate content;
• violate applicable laws, third-party rights, or Hivoox policies;
• fall outside the scope of the Hivoox professional marketplace.

Hivoox may suspend or cancel a Supplier Selling Plan when the supplier or its offers do not meet these eligibility requirements.
