Promote a professional product or service on Hivoox even when it cannot be purchased directly through our marketplace.

External Product Listing allows eligible businesses and professionals to create a product or service listing on Hivoox with a link directing interested visitors to an approved external page.

This service is exclusively intended for products and services that cannot reasonably be sold or completed directly through Hivoox.

What Can Be Listed?

The product or service must be intended for businesses, entrepreneurs, or professionals and must fall within the scope of the Hivoox professional marketplace.

External listings may be suitable for offers that require an external process, specialized platform, application, configuration, quotation process, or other transaction method that cannot reasonably be completed through Hivoox.

External Link Requirements

The external link must lead directly to a page that clearly represents the product or service described in the Hivoox listing.

The destination page must:

• represent a legitimate business, professional product, or professional service;
• be directly relevant to the listing published on Hivoox;
• provide clear and accurate information about the advertised offer;
• be accessible and operational at the time of review;
• comply with applicable laws and Hivoox policies.

Links to unrelated pages, misleading destinations, prohibited content, illegal activities, inappropriate content, or pages that do not correspond to the submitted listing are not accepted.

External Listings Cannot Be Used to Bypass Hivoox

External Product Listing cannot be used to redirect customers away from Hivoox for products or services that can normally be sold directly through the Hivoox marketplace.

If Hivoox determines that an offer can reasonably be sold directly on the marketplace, the external listing may be rejected and the supplier may be required to submit the offer as a standard Hivoox product or service instead.

All Listings and Links Are Reviewed

Purchasing this service does not guarantee publication.

Hivoox reviews the submitted product or service and its destination link before approval. We may request changes, reject a listing, or remove an existing listing if the offer or destination page no longer meets our requirements.

Hivoox may also periodically review external links to ensure that they continue to lead to an eligible and relevant destination.

Changes to the Destination Link

The approved external link must continue to represent the product or service originally reviewed by Hivoox.

Changing or redirecting an approved URL to a substantially different product, service, website, or destination may require a new review and approval.

If your product or service can be purchased directly through the Hivoox marketplace, please use a standard supplier listing instead.
