Review Before Publication

Bulk import does not provide automatic or unrestricted publication rights.

All submitted products and services remain subject to Hivoox review and approval before publication.

Hivoox may reject, exclude, or request changes to listings that are incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, prohibited, unsuitable for a professional marketplace, or otherwise do not meet Hivoox requirements.

Supplier Responsibility

Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that the information provided in their Excel or CSV file is complete, accurate, current, and legally permitted for publication.

Product information should be supplied according to the Hivoox import format. Files that do not follow the required structure may need to be corrected before they can be processed.
