The Verified Supplier service allows eligible suppliers to complete a business verification process and display the Hivoox Verified badge on their supplier profile and eligible listings.

What Does Supplier Verification Mean?

Hivoox reviews information and supporting documentation provided by the supplier to confirm key details about the business or professional activity.

Depending on the supplier’s country, legal structure, and activity, Hivoox may request documents or information such as:

• business registration or incorporation documents;
• proof of professional or business activity;
• business address information;
• identity information for an authorized representative;
• business contact details;
• professional licences or authorizations where applicable;
• additional documents required to complete the verification.

The documents required may vary depending on the country, type of business, and nature of the supplier’s activities.

Verified Supplier Badge

Once the verification has been successfully completed and approved, the supplier receives a Verified badge that may be displayed on Hivoox.

The badge indicates that Hivoox has completed its verification process based on the information and documentation available at the time of review.

Verification Does Not Affect Rankings

Becoming a Verified Supplier does not provide preferential placement, higher search rankings, additional marketplace visibility, or priority over other suppliers.

The Verified badge is intended to provide additional information to customers about the supplier’s verification status.

Verification Is Subject to Approval

Purchasing this service does not guarantee that Verified status will be granted.

Hivoox may request additional information or documents before completing the verification. Verification may be declined if the information provided cannot be satisfactorily verified, is incomplete, inconsistent, expired, misleading, or does not meet Hivoox requirements.

Maintaining Verified Status

Verified status is based on the information available at the time of verification. Hivoox may request updated information or documentation when necessary.

Verified status may be suspended or removed if the supplier’s information is no longer valid, if required documentation expires, or if the supplier no longer meets Hivoox verification or marketplace requirements.
