Required Documents (Mandatory):

To activate the service, the following documents are mandatory:
Company registration certificate or incorporation document.
Recent proof of address (less than 3 months) for the director or company.
Two valid photo IDs (passport, national ID, or driver’s license).
Signed power of attorney (form provided by us).

These documents are compulsory. We cannot proceed without them , no exceptions.

NB: This service is strictly for companies registered in Ghana or in the process of local registration.

Activation & Cancellation Policy:

Activation: 1 to 5 business days for the virtual office.
Optional services (phone and utilities): 5 to 10 business days.
Minimum term: 12 months, auto-renewed monthly.
Cancellation: Must notify us by email at least 30 days in advance. All dues must be cleared before cancellation is processed.

After cancellation:

Stored documents will be securely destroyed within 30 days.
Phone lines will be disconnected.
Mail received after cancellation will be returned to sender.
Calls will receive a “number not in service” message.

Prohibited Use

Strictly forbidden:
Any fraudulent or misleading activities
Financial crime or fake banking setups
Unlicensed crypto, forex, or loan services
Drug trade or trafficking
Activities in breach of Ghanaian or international law

Any violations will lead to immediate service termination with no refund and may be reported to the authorities.”
