Required Documents (Mandatory):
To activate this service, please provide:
A copy of your company’s registration certificate or articles of incorporation.
Recent proof of address (under 3 months old) for a company director or the company itself.
Two forms of valid ID (passport, national ID, driver’s license).
Signed power of attorney (we will supply the document for signing).
Without these documents, the activation cannot proceed. No exceptions apply.
NB: This service is only available for companies legally registered in Germany or planning to register.
Activation & Cancellation Policy:
Activation Time: 1 – 5 business days for Virtual Office setup.
Optional services (phone, utilities): Allow 5 to 10 business days.
Minimum Subscription Term: 12 months with automatic monthly renewal.
Cancellation Policy: Notify us by email at least 30 days before your renewal date. No unpaid invoices must remain on your account.
After cancellation:
All physical and digital documents will be securely deleted after 30 days.
Phone services will be disconnected.
Mail received will be returned to sender with “recipient unknown” label.
Calls to your number will receive a “number no longer in service” message.
Prohibited Use

I had high hopes for this service, but I was disappointed. The amount of required documentation was excessive, and the process was slow. I also found the pricing a bit misleading — several ‘optional’ features are actually necessary depending on your needs. Too expensive and too bureaucratic for me
